Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Account Registration Requirements

To register an account on 130, users must be at least 18 years of age. Only one account is permitted per individual — registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time.

Account Security Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. You are fully accountable for all activity that occurs through your account, except in cases of unauthorised access that have been promptly reported to us. 130 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

Platform Usage Rules

Users are prohibited from using the 130 platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or these terms. This includes, but is not limited to: manipulation of the betting system, use of automated software or bots to access the platform, identity fraud, attempts to hack or compromise platform security, and any form of abuse that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without a refund.

Payment & Transaction Details

All financial transactions on the 130 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and have been obtained through legitimate means. The platform does not accept third-party payments or funds derived from unlawful activities.

Deposits

Deposits are processed via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and FPX online banking. All deposits are final once processed and cannot be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change in accordance with platform policy. Users are advised to check the current limits before making a deposit.

Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the stipulated timeframe and are subject to security verification. 130 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30, and all withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account used for deposits to ensure transaction security.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

130 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms. Circumstances that may lead to such action include:

  • Registration using false information or an unauthorised identity
  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual
  • Use of the platform by minors
  • Attempted fraud, hacking, or system manipulation
  • Money laundering activities or suspicious transactions
  • Use of third-party payment methods without authorisation
  • Violation of any platform rules stated in this document

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users who are dissatisfied with a suspension decision may contact our support team via email at [email protected] to submit an appeal.

Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 130 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be credited to the user's bank account in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. The closure process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
